Recommendations on how to search for nail patterns

During almost every class, our students work and practice on the model's nails. The search for models is done by the student himself, so before starting the search, it is important to read our recommendations on how to do it correctly:

  • The model must be RESPONSIBLE, so it's best if it's someone close to you that you trust and know will definitely be able to participate during the whole practice.

  • If you can't bring someone close, you can try finding a model in Facebook groups.

  • If you want to bring in a model who's also a nail technician, you can. However, inform him that he must pay 50% of the course fee to participate.

  • It is best if the model's nail plate is beautiful and long. Then your work will look better in the pictures.

  • It is preferable that the model be free of gel or gel coating (applies to all courses except those where correction will be made). If we still can't find a model, we'll take it with a gel coating.

  • It is important for candidates for a manicure course that the skin of the model's hands during the combined manicure technique is wet, mixed or normal, and for the apparatus manicure – dry and rough.

  • Please familiarize the models in advance with the rules below for models.

What is important for models to know?

Students undertake not only to search for models, but also to inform them about the rules of the Elena Luchinkina nail school manicure school:

  1. The design and technique of the manicure will be based not on the model's wishes but on the course programme.

  2. Designs and colours will also be selected according to the programme (only the colour can be considered).

  3. The model should not interfere with the learning process, rest and calmly wait for the final result.

  4. During the break, you can enjoy coffee or tea in our kitchen.

  5. If you are a nail technician, you can attend the course only after paying 50% of the course fee.

  6. If you agree to be a model, you should know that you will definitely be able to attend the entire course.

  7. If your plans change unexpectedly, you must inform us in advance.

  8. You will need to be present for the entire course from approximately 17:00 to 18:00.

  9. The procedure is free of charge.

  10. You must understand that you will be working with students (with the help of a teacher) during the course.

  11. If you're not happy with the result, we can't redesign your nails. You'll have to take care of that yourself.
