Buying and selling rules

1      General provisions

1.1.   The rules of purchase and sale (hereinafter "Rules") are confirmed after the Buyer familiarizes himself with them and ticks the box next to the sentence "I agree with the rules of purchase and sale of goods." These rules determine the rights, responsibilities and duties of (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the Buyer, the terms of purchase and payment of goods, the procedures for delivery and return of goods and other important provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods.

1.2.   The seller has the right to correct, supplement or change the Rules.

1.3.   The buyer must confirm these Rules at the time of each purchase.

1.4.   All individuals and legal entities can place orders in the Seller's online store.

2      Entry into force of the purchase-sale agreement

2.1.   The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded when the Buyer creates a shopping cart and pays for it.

3      Protection of personal data

3.1.   The Seller has the right to collect personal data provided by the Buyer in the Seller's online store and to process and store them as specified in the Privacy Policy.

4      Buyer's rights

4.1.   The buyer has the right to shop in the online store as specified in these Rules.

4.2.   The buyer can terminate the sales contract by notifying him in writing by e-mail. by post within 3 working days from the conclusion of the contract.

4.3.   BuyThe customer has the right to return or replace the purchased goods as specified in these Rules.

5      Obligations of the buyer

5.1.   When using the online store, the buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules, other conditions specified in this online store, and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.2.   The Buyer must pay the agreed amount for the goods and accept them from the Seller's agents in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules.

5.3.   If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods from the Seller's partners without first informing the Seller and without having a valid reason, the Buyer must cover the costs of delivery of the goods.

5.4.   If the Buyer's data that he provided during the order changes, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller.

6      Seller's rights

6.1.   In the event of certain circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.

6.2.   The seller has the right to cancel the order without prior notice, if the buyer does not pay the agreed amount for the goods within 3 days of placing the order.

6.3.   The seller may terminate or refuse the Purchase-Sale Agreement if the stocks of the goods specified in the agreement have run out. Also, the Seller may terminate this contract if the Buyer's data is filled in incorrectly and this may prevent the fulfillment of the order.

6.4.   The Seller has the right to contact the Buyer through the contacts specified by him.

7      Obligations of the seller

7.1.   The seller undertakes to provide the opportunity to use the online store and shop in it as specified in these Rules.

7.2.   The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

7.3.   If the Seller is unable to deliver the pre-paid product for important reasons, he undertakes to refund the money for the undelivered products within 3 working days.

7.4.   The Seller undertakes to accept the goods returned by the Buyer under the conditions specified in these Rules.

7.5.   The Seller undertakes to properly use the Buyer's personal data and to respect his privacy right to personal information, except for the cases established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

8      Ordering goods

8.1.   The Buyer can purchase the goods that are presented in the online store:

8.1.1. When placing an order in the online store;

8.1.2. By phone;

8.1.3. By e-mail;

8.1.4. Social network support;

8.1.5. In physical stores.

8.2.   When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide correct personal data, which are necessary to fulfill the order. This data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9      Product prices and payment procedure

9.1.   The prices of the goods, which are presented in the online store, are indicated in euros with VAT.

9.2.   The seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods.

9.3.   The buyer pays for the ordered goods by the method chosen during the order.

9.4.   The order is confirmed and executed only when the Seller receives payment for the ordered goods.

10   Delivery of goods

10.1.              The seller undertakes to deliver the goods in accordance with the specified terms. However, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to Force Majeure circumstances.

10.2.              If the delivery of the order is delayed due to important reasons known to the Seller, the Seller undertakes to notify the Buyer.

10.3.              The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact delivery address of the goods in the order form.

10.4.              The buyer has the right to choose the most convenient delivery method during the order.

10.5.              The Seller delivers the goods using the services of partners, but the Buyer has the right to collect the goods not through the Seller's partners, but by visiting a physical store (if so chosen during the order).

10.6.              The buyer undertakes to collect the goods himself. If this cannot be done, the goods are delivered to the address specified during the order. In this case, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.

10.7.              Delivery of goods may be charged additionally. The amount for it is specified at the time of ordering.

10.8.              The seller has the right to split the order and deliver it in several shipments.

10.9.              From the moment of handing over the goods to the Buyer, the risk of goods failure is transferred to the Buyer.

10.10.           In all cases that are directly dependent on the Buyer, the Seller is released from the responsibility to deliver the goods on time.

11   Product quality and usability

11.1.              All products in the online store are new, suitable for use and are kept in proper conditions. In the event that the product for sale has defects, the Seller has the right to continue selling it, but must notify about this in the description of the product or in other clear ways.

11.2.              The product is not considered to be of poor quality if minor packaging or transportation damages can be observed on the product packaging.

11.3.              If the Buyer receives a defective product, he must immediately report it by e-mail. by post

11.4.              If the Buyer returns a defective product, the Seller undertakes to cover the return costs.

11.5.              The buyer understands the fact that the photos presented in the online store are used for illustrative purposes only and are exemplary. Therefore, the Seller is not responsible for the fact that the product photos presented in the online store do not correspond to the shape, color, size or other parameters of the product received. Exact information about the appearance of the goods and other important parameters can be found in the description of the goods or by contacting the contacts listed in the "Contacts" section.

12   Return and exchange of goods

12.1.              The buyer must inform the seller in writing about the return of the goods. When reporting this, you must specify the order number, the name of the product being returned and the reason for the return.

12.2.              Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and without losing their merchandise appearance.

12.3.              If the Buyer returns a defective product, the Seller undertakes to cover the return costs.

12.4.              If the Buyer returns a quality product, the Buyer undertakes to cover the return costs himself.

12.5.              Upon agreement, the returned goods can be replaced by others.

12.6.              The Seller has the right not to accept returned goods if the Buyer does not follow the return procedure specified in these Rules.

12.7.              The Seller must return the money to the Buyer for the returned goods, if they are not replaced by others.

13   Responsibility

13.1.              The buyer is fully responsible for providing correct data. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences of providing incorrect data of the Buyer.

13.2.              The buyer is fully responsible for the actions performed in the online store.

13.3.              The seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information shared by third parties in the online store.

13.4.              The Seller is released from any responsibility when the losses occur due to the fault of the Buyer, not taking into account the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations or not familiarizing themselves with these Rules, although such an opportunity was provided.

14   Exchange of information

14.1.              The Seller sends all messages to the contact data provided in the Buyer's registration form.

14.2.              The Buyer can contact the Seller using the contacts specified in the online store, which are described in the "Contacts" section.

15   Final Provisions

15.1.              Relations arising on the basis of these rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

15.2.              All disagreements arising between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved according to the procedure provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
