1 General provisions

7 Obligations of the seller

10.5. The Seller delivers the goods using the services of partners, but the Buyer has the right to collect the goods not through the Seller's partners, but by visiting a physical store (if so chosen during the order).
10.6. The buyer undertakes to collect the goods himself. If this cannot be done, the goods are delivered to the address specified during the order. In this case, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
10.7. Delivery of goods may be charged additionally. The amount for it is specified at the time of ordering.
10.8. The seller has the right to split the order and deliver it in several shipments.
10.9. From the moment of handing over the goods to the Buyer, the risk of goods failure is transferred to the Buyer.

11 Product quality and usability

12 Return and exchange of goods

13 Responsibility
